Marie went above and beyond!

Marie went above and beyond in helping us to locate the lot for our custom home project and negotiate offers to the seller while guiding us through the closing process. She helped us to identify lots to consider giving us a guided tour through several communities. Then when we selected the community we wished to live in she went beyond that to find the lot we purchased. At the time we were looking the available lots in the community were very few, but then she tracked down the broker representing the owner of the lot we purchased which was not listed for sale at the time and got them to consider selling it to us. In all it was a successful and enjoyable relationship.
