Mortgage news from my contact at DR Horton:
Starting today, we have a NEW block of loans through DHI Mortgage for Government loans at 2.99% and Conventional loans at 3.5%. The loans have to close by October 31st, 2019 to be eligible, and acceptable credit scores are required (680 for Government and 740 for Conventional). There is no Origination Fee, but buyers will pay a 1% Discount Point (and incentives can be used to pay this point). These funds are VERY limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
