That said, Arizona Governor Ducey this week issued a “Stay home, Stay healthy, Stay connected” order that limits Arizonians to limit their time away from their home. With that in mind, Real Estate Professionals have been recognized as essential services during this current hardship. I recognize the seriousness of this announcement and have adapted how I do business accordingly.
Over the past week, I have had several conversations inquiring about how my business continues during this time. Here is an overview on how I work today:
With Home Buyers:

- One-on-one video appointments
- Exploring the home virtually as much as possible, prior to touring
- When touring the home in person, your safety is my top priority: bacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, booties will be provided
- Social distancing at all times
With Home Sellers:

- One-on-one video appointments
- Continuing with professional photos, virtual tours and floorplan; adding 3D tours
- Customize tour policies for each home based on Client’s preference
- Communicate clear touring expectations to the Buyer’s Agents and Prospective Buyers
